All questions began with 'Tell me about a time when...' most were around handling conflict, to the point where I began to feel the entire role was conflict management. Many people asked the exact same questions.

I really enjoyed the design challenge activity that Framework provided. It was a real time engagement where they presented a few "opportunity areas" for me to choose from. Unlike other design challenges in the past, they were outside of the subject matter of the work, and also playful, which created more space for dialogue and creativity.
Standard phone screen. Questions were standard and not difficult.
Why are you seeking a new job?
They asked my opinion on what about their current site and brand identity I would change and what I thought was working well.

One manager asked me "Can you manage in this culture?" I asked him, "what do you mean?" He said, "You know, its mostly people from a different background, mostly white" I was shocked, since I am from a different ethnic background. (brown).
