Phone interview: purely about my interests. Was asked questions such as "what brand do you admire and why?" On-Site interview: The questions were unique to my presentation and was asked to apply that to something at Microsoft. For example, I showed an interest in animation, so I was asked to apply that to MS Excel, or how that could help improve X feature in Excel.
I was asked to complete a heuristic review of a cloud platform of the video conferencing service. After about 45 minutes, I was introduced to some software developers and presented my findings from the review.
I was asked through some user scenarios during the interview and asked how I would tackle them.
