Explain UX Design process and deliverables along the way. Besides UX, they always try to find people who understand technology and business as well, so even if you're a very good UXer but don't understand the tech side of things, there's a chance you wouldn't be given an offer. The interview process is rigorous, but happens in a friendly way.

Who would you side with if me and another person didn’t see eye to eye. Seems very inappropriate to me to ask a question like that in an interview.
