How do you approach a problem statement
The first round was a very good UX interview, they requested 3 deliverables including 2 personas, a document outlining your thought process on the problem and then 2 screens demonstrating an interaction. The 2nd round was unnecessary. Requesting another test problem completed without any details or context (which is what a UX designer needs) instead of an in person interview with zero explanation of where I was in the process.
