In the SparkHire interview I was asked questions like... "why should we hire YOU?" "Tell us about your degrees/majors" "Define UX and why is it important" etc.. In the 1 on 1 interview, I was asked more specific questions about myself as a person and my projects/previous employment.

The interview questions largely centered on behavioral questions (tell me about a time) as well as strategic recommendations (how would you approach).
Questions were around my current and past experiences, focusing on skills and on understanding my past behaviours. Questions were quite average and tone conversational and friendly.
