There were a couple SAT/GRE style tests of logic and grammar and math, a programming aptitude test, and a personality test. They also threw in a test full of trick questions; questions where if you're not ready for it, you can get caught off guard. I don't remember any of the actual questions.
What is your design process?
A lot of interesting questions like what are the traits of a good leader or what does a person need to be successful? So it was better than just standard behavioral questions.
Why did you choose UX design?
"Can you walk us through a recent UX design project you led from conception to completion, highlighting your approach to user research, prototyping, and iteration?"
How have you worked with other cross functional stakeholders?
Getting told that I was a great candidate and would be invited in, only to not hear any follow up for weeks on end.
