What's an example of a research project you would want to do for Booking?

How has your past experience prepared you for this role?
One question had me think about a game that I played recently and describe what I liked and didn't like about it and why. Another question asked me about how I would design a study to answer a number of questions that the designers have for a hypothetical game.
How do you make sure your design recommendations are implemented by the product team? What type of follow up do you do to ensure this?
