I really liked the emphasis on strategy, metrics, and translating user experience to value and revenue in the questions I was asked. I also appreciated how clear the interviewers were about needing someone who could step in and provide the research team with some TLC and development.
Over the interviews, I was asked many questions :) Many situational/behavioral based questions or how I would react to a specific scenario
All questions were very sensible and were either about my experience or questions on how I would approach a situation or a task. Example - I was asked how I would deal with a disagreement among colleagues or with a superior in regards to conducting research, and how I dealt with a similar situation in the past.
