We did a small exercise, where I got to click through the MVP and identify changes I would make as a UX/UI designer.
Explain UX Design process and deliverables along the way. Besides UX, they always try to find people who understand technology and business as well, so even if you're a very good UXer but don't understand the tech side of things, there's a chance you wouldn't be given an offer. The interview process is rigorous, but happens in a friendly way.
