My experience is with short term rehab and long term care patients and they asked me many times if I'm sure I want to switch. Obviously I did or I wouldn't be sitting there. Then they constantly grilled me if I realized how different the nursing positions are between what I currently do and what I was interviewing for. Kind of condescending. I am a seasoned nurse.
