The test was essentially a research summary, and the request was to read the summary and sketch some rough wireframes based on the the research OR point out what the appropriate next step should be. They asked me to spend no more than 90 mins on the test

What was my design process?
It consisted of a UX challenge where I had to reorganize components of their store flow.
I was asked many different questions throughout the interviews. In general, they inquired about my work experience, the methodologies I have worked with, the tools I have used, my personal work methods, habits, technical and soft skills, among other topics.

"Describe a time where upper management didn't follow through with your design deliverables. Did you defend your designs or simply move on to another project."
