In general, the interviews felt more like conversations rather than an exams, they had a relaxed atmosphere. Some questions I can recall (there were many more from both sides): - How do you collaborate with other roles in a cross-functional team when you design a research study? - How do you prioritize between research studies? - Why did you quit your previous job? (with an intent to understand and support and not to judge and examine) - What do you expect from your future colleagues?
