I was asked to develop some high-fidelity mockups in 48h for a given case study (food journal app). There was no feedback on the things I sent, only a phone call from the recruiter saying I didn't "pass" the test, which I found ridiculous.

The interview started with the usual introduction—'Tell us about yourself.' Then, they went on about how great Globant is, what they do, and why they are so 'cool.' After that, they asked me to present my portfolio. But just as I started, they interrupted with a casual 'Haha, we already saw it, but go ahead and present it anyway. Maybe we’ll discover something new.' It felt like they were just going through the motions rather than genuinely engaging with my work.
