One of the key things they asked me was how I approach solving design problems - specifically how I balance creativity with usability. It was a great opportunity to share my process and how I collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life while keeping the user at the center.
"Here is a screen from our mobile app. What will you do to , redesign it as fast as possible, with as many options as possible; with proper design rationale." Yeah, the things you normally do when you're actually working for a company and getting paid. But these folks want it all for free, at a superhuman work rate. Pathetic!
