The question vary. I was asked to solve the following riddle: 10 people were kidnapped by aliens. The aliens want to eat all 10 people, but they're saying that they don't eat highly intelligent species. To test they will give a hat colored white or black to each one of the kidnapped dudes. After that, the 10 people will stand one after another by height - the highest person will be the first and the shortest the last, that way that every one of them sees only ones, shorter than him. The number of black/white hats is random. They have 10 min to discuss the strategy and after that, one-by-one they have to guess the color of their own hat. They can't give clues to each over, they can't say anything but "black" or "white". They have to guess correctly at least 9 of 10, otherwise they'll be eaten.

I was interviewed by 5 different managers/leads for different teams. I got drilled on technical questions from System Engineering architecture domain, Server, and hyperscale storage design/data center networking architecture, server components internals & data flow, systems hardware and software testing and a few test scripts questions. Personally, I had experience in these domains so I could answer most of these questions. Overall, the interview porocess was great. I had a great time, meeting new people. The interview took about 5 hrs with a short lunch break. My advice is that you should be Honest and knowledgeable in everything on your Resume. If you don't know an answer to a question, DO NOT try to answer. Just let the interviewer know that you don't know the answer or you have no idea, but you are willing to dedicate your time to learn.
