I had a first interview with a phone call from HR, they asked me the typical questions: experience, salary expectations, level of english. 2 round with a senior manager, all technical questions, it was like an exam but had a great experience. 3 round the hiring manager with the same questions the senior manager made. it felt like an oral exam at college and 0 interest for my soft skills. After all this process I made a follow up email with HR and they ghosted me.
