Question 2: As part of every acquisition you would be working with multiple senior leaders including executives and founders. Can you share a time when you had to drive alignment across execs or founders with different priorities? Question 3: Can you describe a situation where you had to build an integration plan from scratch? What steps did you take to develop the plan, and what were the key challenges and successes you encountered?
