Some of the questions were to find out about my educational background and professional experience, and also what led me to respond to the ad. There was also a presentation of one or two case studies from the portfolio, with questions during the presentation.

Voice recording - they want to hear how well you speak about your career in place of an actual human interview... for some reason. They ask you 5 questions about your career, and they want you to answer all of them in a sound file thats more than 2 minutes in length, but less than 5.
