The interview was conducted via video call (the position was remote). The questions largely revolved around my professional experience, challenges, and obstacles overcome. There was also an interest in getting to know me. The interviewer was always very friendly and helpful.
General questions about difficult situations and overcoming the challenges. Interview part was a nice one, HRs there are very friendly and supportive.
What did you think of the editing test?
Tell me about your experience with video editing?
Standard questions, but couldn't get into detail since the interviewer knew very little about the role. You know, sometimes questions can be "do you know how to use software X?" and you can answer "No, but I know how to use software Y that does the exact same thing" or "Since I know software Y and Z and have lots of experience, I could learn X in a week" but the feeling is that the interviewer is only noting "doesn't have knowledge of software X" since doesn't know about the role.
