The interviewer ask me three time if I had worked from home. I told her yes three times. Why I was changing jobs? I told her I was On Call Supervisor 24/7. I wanted a job I could leave at the end of the day. I am available to work any hours but did not want to be supervising and on call for 80 employees. I have excellent background from American Express, she kept saying we are a 24/7 call center, I tried to explain to her I just did not want to be in supervision. Not impressed with her.

In the assessment, you were given life events and had to select what most and least like you.
1)They will give you to write an email on given situation in 90 seconds 2) basic grammar 3) requires hindi and english speaking 4) they will show you one sentence for 30 seconds, and you have to rewrite that sentence in your own language on a blank screen. 5) you have to listen to sentence ( which are mostly American and British accent). And you ahve to repeat it. 6) let you listen one story , and you have to narrate by ur own 7) let you do multi task , talking and typing simultaneously
Behavioral based questions. I.e. Tell me about yourself. Why Amazon? Tell me about a time when you failed at a task and how you dealt with it. Tell me about a difficultt client you dealt with and how you managed the situation.

basic questions , like self intro, comfortable with night shifts, and why amazon.
