the usual. nothing surprising, except the focus on DEI. It was surprising because there is absolutely no relevant diversity at this college, which made it sound like a recipe-style interview.
Why do I want to teach there? How do I engage intro students?
They asked me to describe the value of a Liberal Arts education and the relationship between faith and education.
