Where you see yourself in 5 years? What shift you want? How did you hear about Uline? what you do at your current job? Those are questions they asked me but I was not selected for any position. So if they ask you these fake questions chances are you didn't get it. Im guessing they ask you different ones if you scored high on the test. Also they ask you the questions in their break rooms, next to other people getting interviewed and also while workers are on their breaks. It's kind of awkward.
What responsibilities did you have at your previous job?
Nothing was difficult to answer. They are not looking for someone who already knows what to do but someone who can be taught by them and then manage a team.

Are you ok working extended hours in warm environments (like it is now)? (NOTE: It did not feel fully air conditioned nor was I in the building where the associates start to work. The temperature in the other building could have been different.)
