I was made to feel like i wasn’t capable of working in a warehouse/office environment. I applied for the job, as the job advertisement stated that no experience was necessary as training would be given. The main specification was customer service experience, so i thought great i will apply as i have been dealing with customers face to face for 17+ years. Yet though during my interview i was told on many occasions that they thought i would struggle working in the warehouse/office environment as there would be no direct contact with the customers, just over the phone or via email! I seriously felt like saying why let me get through to the interview process, IF IM CLEARLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH for the job. They seriously need to re think how they word there job adverts. If they only want people with experience, they need to state that. It was honestly the worst interview i’ve ever been to.
