The final process consisted of two interviews. First, a telephone interview with head of recruitment in Malta (10-15 minutes) and a Skype interview with Mark Reid (Head of Graduate Program 20-25minutes). First telephone interview: -What do you see as being the biggest challenge? -Rank in order, career, money, travel. -Would your family be supportive of your move? -One location you would like to be based and why? -(A lot of this process was informing you of the ins and outs of the role, what to expect) Skype Interview: -What do you make of the term 'grit'? -What motivates you? -What lessons have you learnt from your previous sales role and how will this help you? -Why should I pick you (a summer intern) over someone that has proceeded with a years placement? -What do you expect to be doing within the few months in the company?
