The interview covered the standard questions about my background, duration in previous positions, and career aspirations. However, when I sought further details about the job, the team appeared uncertain about the specific requirements for the position. There was a lack of clarity regarding how they intended to support my success in the role, and the job description remained ambiguous. It seemed unclear whether they had a solid understanding of their needs for the role. Additionally, the offered compensation for a developer role was only around 50k to 60k yearly, and their attempts to justify this were unconvincing.
