They provided me with a scenario and checked how I would respond to such situations.
Technical: Details of websphere application server fundamentals, troubleshooting, approach for handling technical issues etc. Manager round: Discussion on awareness about industry processes guidelines, flexibility to work on weekends and off hours support.
