What is your greatest accomplishment?
The panel interview was by far the most difficult because the coordinators actually thought about their questions: If you had a large group of people that were all talking loud and had kids screaming, how would you get their attention? What would you do if a family member was getting in the way of the photographer with their own picture-taking? How would you ask a guest to leave the chapel?
Please describe one time you you had a problem with a customer that had to be turned over to a higher level and how did you handle it?

What makes you different or stand out?
Most questions were fairly standard interview questions. Give a situation were a customer was unhappy and you helped them. Also had to sell our outfit. We all went around the room and tried to sell our outfits to each other. I was pretty uncomfortable having never done that before.
