Can I handle a fast paced work environment? What are my best phone sales skills and why? Where do I see myself in 5 years? What was a tough sales situation witnessed in the past and how did I handle it? Do I see myself as a team player and share a past example. They looked for work/life balance and asked about my hobbies or personal interests outside of the work place.
