Not sure if they are looking for applicants to be overly enthusiastic at the prospect of working so many hours, but in my case when I answered in a neutral tone of "that's fine" or "that's OK", they sarcastically came back with "it's part of being in IT" and began digging more by asking more questions about how fast I anticipate I would be able to respond to a call in the middle of the night.
