There were not too many difficult questions during my two part interview for a paralegal position at this firm. One question that I do not like answering, is what I feel I am qualified for, salary wise.
The interviewer had not reviewed my resume at all prior to my arrival. I had to provide him a copy of my resume upon arrival and they took a few minutes to review it then asked a question I typically get in a phone screen with HR: Tell me about your background. I summarized my resume. What attracted you to this field. I provided why I chose to be in the field of Occupational Safety & Health.
What's a typical day for you on a workers compensation desk?
They seemed to ask me about my experience in depositions and civil litigation. It was a very casual interview process with no specific questions. They really cared about deposition and prior experience, which is fair.

All questions were pretty standard. They want to know more about your personality during the final in person interview. At that point they have already established that you are intelligent enough to perform the job, they just want to know if you can handle the stress and intensity.
- Have you ever dealt with LC 4850 claims?
Have you had a situation when you had the client asking you to make a decision on a claim, icers, new losses etc and what do you do.
