Workforce Analyst Interview Questions
Workforce Analyst Interview Questions

what do know about the JOB role
There are not any "most difficult questions"; all are rather difficult because they are behavior-based. A scenario is presented and the best answer is an honest one. A lot of them are customer-service based, as well as ethical questions. As a service agency, the climate of this organization is to serve the needs of the job-seekers from all walks of life and socio-economic statuses.
Lots of behavioral questions, and the typical "tell me about a time when...", however they change the interview questions for each round of interviews - all the time, so there is no consistency. Some of my co-workers were asked questions like, "if you were an animal, what would you be?", or "why is a manhole round?", so who know's what you'll get!
What was your greatest professional failure?
The usual. They do have some situational. "How would you handle a difficult customer" type question. Really want you to be familiar with agency programs.
