A lot of the questions were based on my past projects and experience, about my previous employer and my expectations for this role.
For the coding challenge it was similar to leetcode. For the meeting with senior software engineer the task was to fetch an api and operate on the data. Like splitting the text, couting duplicates and sorting. For the last meeting with CTO I was asked how I would design an api from architecture perspective. I would give me design decisions and he would ask me to explain the trade offs. Topics disused were Auth, Cloud/Servers/FaaS, Microservices and others …
