I recently applied for an internship position at Vaayu and was excited to receive an invitation for an interview. However, my experience with the recruitment process has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After receiving the interview invitation, I noticed that the email did not include a link for the virtual meeting. I promptly contacted the recruiter several times to request the necessary link but received no response. In addition, I reached out to the company's general email service, hoping for assistance, but again received no reply. As a candidate eager to join and contribute to Vaayu, this lack of communication and follow-through was very frustrating. It reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and respect for potential employees' time and efforts. I hope Vaayu takes this feedback seriously and improves its recruitment process to prevent future candidates from having similar negative experiences.
