There is a part of the interview that tests your practical skills. You will receive a sample agreement and a case study to review and comment. The case study in particular was interesting because the interviewer had changed the facts repeatedly to test my logic and advice. It was challenging but fruitful.
The middle section of the test gave a small spread sheet of units sold by an number of companies (for a particular year) and a graph showing two sets of percentages for units sold in other years and was given 3 minutes to not only read this information but to then answer four complex questions on sales figures for various quarters. Nothing to do with my field or even general numeracy. These questions were more biased than the examples I was asked to complete as practice questions before each section of the assessment.
