What things do you think are important for a role writing/ editing children's books? If you could write a book or a series, what would your dream book/ series be about? How would you feel working on books/ games for a range of ages? Are there any topics you would be uncomfortable writing about or that you might find boring? If asked to write on a topic you don't know about, how would you go about researching the topic? How would you go about interpreting a scientist's research for a layperson?
Was not prepared for the targeted selection style of interviewing at first. It is a weird style, but a good one once you get the hang of it. I will use it in the future.
