Questions asked by both rounds of interviews are very standard interview questions like 'tell me about yourself', 'tell me about your career aspirations', as well as 'why do you want to join us?'. Very straightforward. Because the working location is very secluded, working environment is very stressful (as highly emphasized by the interviewers), and working hours are long and erratic (9am-9pm for 3 months, 9pm-9am for following 3 months and so on), they are looking more at how willing you are to join them.
