      Train Attendant Interview

      Jul 22, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Innsbruck
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ÖBB (Innsbruck)

      Interview

3 hours test (psychologische Untersuchung): logic tests, psychological phrases where you have to put in order what matches more with you (statements like ''I love helping pleople'', if it matches the most you'll put it on position one, if not at position 3. 3 statements will be given each time. exercises to see how much time you need to react to things (sounds and colors changing on a screen), white points that keep popping up on a screen, when they form a square you will press a button. The most DIFFICULT part is that before all of this stuff they will give you some lists to memorize in 6 minutes (each list contains a product, details about the product, company name, date of when the company was born, logo of the company, symbol of the product I think, location of where the company was born, and I think where the company is based, more or less the lists are like this. It is difficult because they give you these lists and then they start all of these logic, concentration tests, time reactions tests, and AFTER this they will ask you a lot of multiple choice questions about the lists! Last part is the psychological test. I haven't done the last part of the process yet, I still need to do the interview.
