Messy HR process working through contracting HR frim who was off location added to delays and slow communication. Contracting frim was not always the most professional, contradicting the companies hiring managers and suggested I would get the job as a diversity hire. The engineers I interview with were excellent and engaging. They asked some tough questions, but it was mostly just a conversation about the company and how I would fit in.
