The company manufactures audio and visual technology products -- particularly cable receivers -- that are marketed to consumers primarily in China. Skyworth-brand products include digital set-top boxes, high-definition TV players, digital satellite receivers, digital terrestrial receivers, and MPEG2 encoders. Skyworth's two Shenzhen manufacturing plants churn out some 1.5 million receivers each year. The company is a member of Skyworth Group.
