Exposure to global teams. Compensation. Benefits.

Cons

Due to incompetent Corporate Leadership and complacent Local Management they have turned a successful business, that used to print money on demand, to a business struggling to meet NFPA recertification cycles. Hopefully with the new carve out (JV) Madison and Bain can reinvigorate years of lost innovation, recover lost talent, and define product strategy.

Alignment and respect matter. Internal leadership conflict combined with feedback delivered in a demeaning or dismissive manner erodes trust and morale. Coaching should develop people, not diminish them. Empower leaders to use judgment and communicate with professionalism, especially during periods of change.
