A1 TA offers stable environment for building great products and further enhancing / developing skills. The management is supporting and helping people achieve their goals. The community feeling is strong.

Cons

Sometimes it is not easy to start the initiative for improvement because of the different levels of decision makers involved in the overall process. The size of the company is among other things sometimes slowing down the projects.
