      team spirit is excellent (even thou high management is doing everything to ruin it) If you are kissing bosses a...., you can definitely progress in job. WFH 1day, yearly bonuses (solemnly based on your boss thoughts of you). HR is listening to your complaints You are accepted if you take smaller paycheck. If this is your first job, this is perfect.

HR is listening to your complaints about money increase, and not doing anything (blaming other factors) Large number of people who worked for 6+ years are politely asked to leave or receive smaller paycheck. If this is your second job, this is not for you, but if you decide, ask for above average pay. Your are not gonna receive pay increase in future.
