      Pros

      Very good working environment. Very good team cooperation at project management. Skilled, friendly and nice colleagues. Upper management showed a genuine interest in production optimization and improvements.

      Cons

      Sometimes slower responses from some departments (IT, HR). Some workers in the production were rather unmotivated and lazy.
