Pros

Well defined process. Ethical company and job security. ABB values it's employees and will not go straight to lay off in name of cost cutting. They reshuffle the employees in case of difficult scenarios. Company with good product line.

Cons

Salary increments and salary structure is not high. Middle and senior management consist of employees who are working with company for long so less chance for young guys w.r. t career growth.
