Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn multiple technologies.

Cons

Overall lack of training with lousy pay. The Calgary office is full of cliques, and if you are looking to advance in the organization you had better belong to the right one. Senior management is based out of Montreal and is poor, they do not understand the Alberta market and it was very frustrating to see the same strategies fail over and over again. No work in Western Canada! If you want to get experience on their systems you likely will be sent to a long term project in Ontario, the USA or internationally, with an insane amount of time away from home.
