      Pros

      You get to learn alot. You can sign up for programming courses for robots for free, and just a lot of perks in general. If you love robots i recommend it for a few years at least. They offer a pretty nice compensation for taking college courses to further your education if interested.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. 90% of people I met have no integrity, love blame shifting, and basically make a miracle like ABB into a place where you start dreading going into work everyday.
