      Lots of internal opportunities available for career growth

      Cons

      Some of the IS positions are outsourced. I personally believe internal IS/IT teams give more long term ROI than external teams.

      Some times is complex to interact between various functions. A bit bureaucratic which is somehow expected for such a large organization

      Lack of processes in many areas. Decentralised model makes it more difficult to do business.
