ABB is a vast company that provides endless opportunities for career growth for its employees. The company is truly writing the future in the digital space and its awesome to be part of it. The company has a relaxed, welcoming work environment where employees can thrive and maximize their individuality. I am constantly learning new skills that I will be able to leverage in the future.

Cons

Being such a big company, sometimes things are a little bit more difficult than they need to be. It's rewarding being able to work with different people in different locations of the country and world, but sometimes it can post a challenge as far as accomplishing business goals.

Higher than average pay, especially for Vancouver Generous benefits including pension matching and an RRSP program Well run company overall High ethical standards Involved in current and future technologies that have a real-world impact

Cons

Large companies move slowly Enterprise Software division has some medium-term structural issues that are going to be hard to address In Enterprise Software division specifically, too much focus on billable hours and quarterly numbers as opposed to strategic initiatives Enterprise Software division needs more strategic innovation
