Pros
Large multinational company, chance of an international career if you are willing to live abroad. I started in Mexico and then had a change for a Short term Assignment in HQ in Switzerland, and after that got a job in US. Benefits are ok, I guess on the average on big companies. Senior management is often open and great and experienced people.
Cons
I guess is the same on a lot of places but work/life balance is tough for Finance department, tight deadlines on closing, a lot of monthly business reviews on the middle of closing process or before full close is done.
