Pros
1. Reputed organization, 2. Established global markets and a strong base difficult to be shaken by COVID. 3. Exposure to global markets and lots of resources to learn and deliver.
Cons
1. Very manager centric approach instead of effort centric approach, 2. Not open minded culture- kind of in the box and not out of the box approach at basic level - things may seem different at higher levels but highly depends on the team you are in and manager you are under
